What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My therapy style is interactive, practical, engaging, empathic, and direct. I believe the key to change in therapy results directly from (HOW) the atmosphere of a therapeutic relationship is initially developed. I believe in creating an atmosphere based on Honesty, Opened mindedness, and Willingness (HOW) with great emphasis on Mutual Respect. This is HOW your counseling journey begins, on the road that leads to your pathways of change. This beginning step is essential, and I am here to help you create a road map and guide you on a journey toward reaching your goals. My goal in working together with you is to help you focus on identifying your strengths and helping you to maximize them in overcoming your obstacles. Also, we can explore possible answers to some of your questions regarding your specific issues and help you seek what pathways that may exist in providing solutions to these issues.
