Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a goal-oriented and future-focused therapeutic approach that emphasizes finding solutions rather than focusing on problems. It's designed to be a short-term therapy, often involving only a few sessions. The primary aim is to help individuals identify and amplify their strengths, resources, and successful strategies to achieve their desired outcomes.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, reduce self-destructive behaviors, and improve relationships.
