About me

I am a dedicated healthcare professional with 13 years of experience, including both military and civilian settings. With 7 years in acute and primary care, as well as 2 years in mental health, I provide comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to meet individual patient needs. My diverse background allows me to address a wide range of health concerns, ensuring holistic treatment and support for both physical and mental well-being.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session with me as a mental health provider, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental environment where you’ll have the opportunity to share your concerns and goals. We will begin by discussing your background, including any relevant medical or mental health history, to understand your unique situation. I will listen carefully to your experiences, assess your current mental health, and work with you to identify any challenges you’re facing. Together, we will develop an initial plan for treatment, whether it’s focused on stress management, coping skills, or exploring other therapeutic options. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and clear about the next steps in your mental health journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to blend my extensive medical knowledge with a deep understanding of mental health, especially trauma-related conditions like PTSD, depression, and anxiety. With over a decade of experience in critical care and trauma, I’m skilled at recognizing the physical and psychological effects of stress and trauma, and I can address both aspects in a comprehensive way. My time in the military has given me firsthand experience with the challenges service members face, and I can connect with clients on a personal level, offering both empathy and practical solutions. This unique combination of medical expertise and personal insight allows me to provide care that’s not only informed but compassionate and tailored to each individual’s needs.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve clients who require a holistic approach to their healthcare, especially those with complex or co-occurring physical and mental health needs. My multiple years of experience in mental health allow me to support clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. I am equipped to serve individuals across a variety of demographics, including those with high stress or trauma from military or civilian life, offering integrated care that addresses both physical and emotional well-being.
