I became a therapist because seeing growth and progress is extremely rewarding. This feeling of supporting others was a golden thread during my life, thus choosing this path professionally. I believe that therapy is a collaborative and flexible process, allowing us to address issues that are most important to you in a timeframe that is comfortable for you. I prioritize creating a supportive environment that opens up opportunity to explore thoughts and emotions, receive non-biased feedback and ultimately reach goals that you have set.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we will spend some time getting to know your purpose and your future. We will assess current day and reflect on your goals you wish to accomplish during our time together. It is my goal to allow you to walk away each session with a new thought, a new skill or a new way of approaching any difficulties in your life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I truly believe in the power of talk-therapy and relationship building, but I want to provide practical tools to take into your ever day life that may help you see some immediate change if implemented to the best of your ability. I am a problem solver by nature and think there is room for this in therapy.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with all types of people with a variety of needs. I have the most experience working with students and young professionals as well as parents trying to navigate a new role in life.
