Renice has been in the behavioral health field for over 10 years treating adults with mental health concerns. Renice is aware of how anxiety, mood disorders, and substance use can cause havoc in a person's life. Like many Renice witnessed the effects of not having the tools to properly deal with the lemons life presents and making unhealthy choices. Throughout Renice's journey she witnessed how environmental, socioeconomic and neglect can impact a person’s life and decision making.
We will first discuss what brought you to therapy, what outcomes you are looking for, and a tailored therapeutic plan will be created just for you. Once we both decided to move forward on this journey together, expect our first session to be about your life. In order for someone to heal, they have to feel safe and nurtured.
