New to Grow
I am a compassionate and collaborative psychotherapist dedicated to helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing process. My approach focuses on building self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, and helping clients better understand themselves while creating meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey built on trust, connection, and respect for each client’s unique experiences.
During the first session, we will focus on getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, and identifying your goals for treatment. I will ask questions about your history, current challenges, strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy. This is also a time for you to get a feel for my approach and ask any questions you may have. Together, we will begin creating a plan that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
My own life experiences and journey with mental health have shaped my ability to connect with clients with empathy, understanding, and authenticity. I recognize that each person’s journey is unique, and I bring a compassionate, nonjudgmental perspective into the therapy space. I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe being honest, exploring challenges, and working toward meaningful growth. My approach combines professional knowledge with genuine human connection to support clients where they are.
My ideal clients are individuals who are seeking support with anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and improving their overall emotional well-being. I work best with clients who are motivated to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives. I provide a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard while working toward their personal goals. I especially enjoy working with clients who are ready to build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with themselves

Trauma Informed Care
Trauma-informed care in sessions involves creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel respected and understood. I focus on recognizing how past experiences may impact a client’s emotions, behaviors, relationships, and sense of safety. Sessions prioritize empowerment, choice, and helping clients build coping skills at a pace that feels manageable. I work to avoid re-traumatization by emphasizing trust, validation, and client autonomy.
