Having worked with young to elderly professional for the past 25 years; I’ve developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challengers and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is based on theory that explains how individuals perceive situations is directly associated with their reaction opposed to the circumstances. Perceptions can often misrepresent and limit, especially when an individual’s experiencing stress/anxiety. As a CBT psychotherapist; the focus is on the whole individual to help identify the distressing thoughts. Individuals can understand how to change and develop healthy thoughts through self evaluation of how realistic the inner thoughts are in their life. Then change can occur from negative thoughts to more healthy positive thinking through CBT methods.
