Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Indiana with 8 years of professional experience in residential, community mental health, outpatient, group therapy, family therapy and private practice. I graduated with my Master's from Ball State University and have since worked with youth, young adults, and adults dealing with trauma, OCD, anxiety, personality disorders, depression and life changes. I have been trained in modalities such as TF-CBT and EMDR to expand my professional ability to assist my clients heal.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our initial session I will provide introductions, gather a history, explore current concerns and functioning, then work with you to create a treatment plan for moving forward. I also open the space for any questions you may have and to always feel free to be honest if you need more from me or feel you need help finding a better fit.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I strive to be a very open-minded, non-judgmental, and patient therapist. It is my professional experience that we are all made up of very individual experiences, thoughts, feelings and ways of being. I try to understand you and your needs to work toward the goals that are important to you.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with any age and clients in any stage of their healing journey. If you feel ready to break free from unhelpful patterns or to just feel like the best version of yourself, I am ready to walk along side and provide support, challenges when needed and provide you with tools to do so! I am neurodivergent myself and have a special interest helping those with OCD, ADHD and autism understand themselves, the impact trauma has on their nervous system, and how to feel like their most complete self.
