Hi; open up to me, trust is valued and we have it here. I have been practicing in this field for more than seven (7) years. I place great importance on the present moment and recognize the potential strengths within each client. I work collaboratively with clients, encouraging exploration of their experiences and identifying internal and external resources that aid in the healing process.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is a rapport building interview in which we dive into a variety of information related to your past and background, many therapists have this as a biopsychosocial assessment to identify all needs and establish a foundation for goal setting.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Empathy, as I focus on: Adoption · Anger Management · Anxiety · Codependency · Coping Skills · Depression · Dissociative Disorders · Life Transitions · Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD) · Peer Relationships · Racial Identity · Relationship Issues · School Issues · Self Esteem · Sleep or Insomnia · Spirituality · Stress · Women's Issues · Adolescents/Teens · Cultural Stress · Job Stress · Racial Trauma · Panic Attacks

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

If you speak for long periods of time and need a great listener, then you are in the right space.
