New to Grow
Hi; when opening up to me, trust is valued and we have it here. I have been practicing in this field for more than seven (7) years. I place great importance on the present moment and recognize the potential strengths within each client. I work collaboratively with clients, encouraging exploration of their experiences and identifying internal and external resources that aid in the healing process.
The first session is a rapport building interview in which we dive into a variety of information related to your past and background, many therapists have this as a biopsychosocial assessment to identify all needs and establish a foundation for goal setting.
