Hi! I am originally from Massachusetts and I have lived in Canada, New York and now Texas. I am a Licensed Clinical social worker (LCSW) in both New York and Texas. I received my masters degree from CUNY Hunter College in New York in 2014. I have worked with adults and children at schools, hospitals, non profit centers and in the ER during times of crisis.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. We will discuss specific goals that you are looking to achieve. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with adults and children for the past 10 years, I believe creating a safe space where clients do not feel judged but rather heard is one of my greatest strengths as a therapist. I have worked with adults and children at schools, hospitals, non profit centers and in the ER during times of crisis.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My counseling style is from a strengths based approach and combines cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness techniques. I hope to create a warm and inviting environment free from judgment where you feel safe, heard and seen. I have worked in a variety of different settings providing mental health services with children and adults including schools, hospitals, crisis centers, non profits, and outpatient therapy clinics.
