I am a nurse practitioner based in Lynchburg Va. I received my RN in 1995 and my Family nurse practitioner in 2006 followed by my psychiatric certification in 2023. My experience ranges from hospital to allergy and immunology to long term care to urgent care. The last 4 years have included medically managing psychiatric disorders. I received my FNP at Old Dominion University and my psychiatric certification at Liberty and am currently completing my doctorate in nursing practice.
The first session will be a "getting to know you session" this is where I spend tome getting to k ow the medical and psychiatric history of the client
I feel that my experience in both work and life are part of my greatest strength. I also feel my epathy and understanding are also my greatest strengths! I look forward to serving my clients
I would love to spend time workIng on a treatment plan that can include either or both medications and therapy. Working on areas of most concern for the client
