I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience working with a variety of mental health disorders and specializes in working with both adolescents and adults who suffer from ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and several other mental health disorders.
In addition to medication management, I incorporate a modern, eclectic, and integrative approach to psychotherapy with the mission to help patients and their families maximize their quality of life while dealing with mental illness
I believe in developing a therapeutic relationship that is client centered and based on mutual trust and respect.
