Whether you’re exploring your past, navigating your present, or planning for a brighter future, I adapt to meet you wherever you are mentally or emotionally. We will have a structured and detailed assessment during the first visit, navigating through your medical and mental health history and other pertinent history to formulate a treatment plan. As we progress through the following visits, we will evaluate the progress and make changes according to your mental health needs. I create a safe and nonjudgmental environment to create a collaborative and culturally sensitive treatment plan, making sure you are informed and agreeable. Evidence-based approaches will be utilized, based on current clinical guidelines in formulating a treatment plan, especially for modalities such as psychotherapy and medication management. Looking forward to working with you.
A collaborative approach with therapy and medication management is utilized when providing care, and an individualized plan is created along with the patient to bring the best treatment possible to meet their specific mental health needs. Through therapy such as CBT, I help unpack thoughts and beliefs, identify patterns, and gently challenge unhelpful assumptions in conversational form. I encourage emotional awareness and present-moment reflection, borrowing from mindfulness principles when helpful. I highlight your resilience, creativity, and growth—even when things feel heavy or uncertain.
