New to Grow
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I bring experience working with individuals across the lifespan, children to adults. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of social work settings, which has given me a broad perspective on the many ways people grow, heal, and overcome challenges. While I’ve valued each of these roles, my greatest passion lies in the therapeutic setting—supporting clients in discovering their strengths and fostering meaningful change. My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based interventions—all delivered through a trauma-informed lens. As a social worker, I am deeply committed to fostering a therapeutic environment that honors diversity, inclusion, and the unique experiences each client brings to the process.
Our first session is all about getting to know each other and making sure therapy feels like a good fit. I’ll take time to learn about you—your goals, challenges, and what brings you to therapy—while also sharing a bit about how I work. My focus is on building a genuine, comfortable connection where you feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll explore whether this feels like the right match and begin setting a foundation for your growth and healing.
I am a warm, understanding, and compassionate therapist dedicated to creating a strong therapeutic alliance with each of my clients. I believe that therapy works best as a collaborative process, where we work together as a team to explore challenges, build insight, and foster growth. As your advocate, my goal is to provide a supportive and empowering space where you feel heard, valued, and encouraged on your journey toward healing and change.
My ideal clients are those who are ready to actively engage in the therapy process and are open to self-reflection, personal growth, and meaningful change. I am especially passionate about supporting women, particularly mothers, as they navigate the unique challenges of balancing family, relationships, work, and their own well-being. I enjoy working with client's who are looking for a warm and collaborative approach to therapy.

I identify as
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
My approach is grounded in helping clients identify what matters most to them—their values—and use those values as a guide for making meaningful choices, even during difficult times. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical skills to respond to challenging thoughts and emotions with greater flexibility, and take intentional steps toward the life you want to build. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I believe lasting change comes from combining insight with committed action that aligns with your goals and values.
