I am an Independently Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families seeking meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in I creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and able to be honest, while also helping them move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is centered on giving you the space to share your story in your own way. I ask questions as needed, provide supportive feedback, validation, and psychoeducation throughout the session, and rely heavily on active listening and nonverbal communication to create a comfortable, natural flow. My goal is not to overwhelm you with structured or surface-level questions, but to understand you in a meaningful way. By the end of the session, I begin forming a clear clinical picture and will often provide tailored recommendations or next steps based on your specific needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is my ability to create a space that feels both safe and purposeful. I am highly attuned to patterns, emotions, and relational dynamics, and I use that awareness to guide clients in a way that feels natural, not forced. I balance empathy with honesty, and insight with action, often incorporating modeling, real-time feedback, and individualized strategies that help clients move forward in ways that are realistic and sustainable

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in helping clients identify and interrupt patterns in real time, improve communication, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. This includes individuals navigating anxiety, overthinking, emotional regulation difficulties, and ADHD-related challenges, as well as couples and families working through conflict, disconnection, or ongoing relational stress. My approach is structured, direct, and growth-oriented, making it a strong fit for clients who are open to self-reflection and value honest feedback. Clients who benefit most from my work are those seeking clarity, accountability, and practical tools to create lasting change, rather than short-term relief alone.

My treatment methods

Integrative

I take an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I tailor treatment to the specific needs, patterns, and goals of each client rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based work, and systems theory to create a personalized treatment plan.

Couples Counseling

I work with couples to identify their interaction cycle—how each partner’s responses trigger the other—and shift those patterns in real time. This includes improving communication, rebuilding trust, and addressing unmet needs without blame or defensiveness.

Family Therapy

I work with families to improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and increase emotional awareness across all members. This is especially important in situations involving parent-child conflict, blended families, or unresolved relational tension.
