I am an LCSW who offers telehealth therapy for teens and adults in Colorado and Nevada. I help people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship stress, identity questions, and big life changes. My previous experience includes work with children and adults with Autism and ADHD, inpatient counseling, suicidal ideation and self harm, crisis intervention, military life, aging, grief, caregiving, LGBTQ+, and parenting. My goal is to empower you with the skills you need to move forward in life and to work through past events that hold you back.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our work together, we will talk about what has been going on, what has or has not helped, and what you want to work toward. We will talk about goals, but there is no pressure to have all the answers right away.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach to therapy is client centered, calm, supportive, and practical. I use CBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed therapy to help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and take realistic next steps.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

A dream client would be an individual that is open to communicate needs, engaged in therapy, willing to collaborate, and to be honest with issues. These issues can include Autism and ADHD, crisis, military life, aging, death and dying, loss, caring for others, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, manic episodes, trauma, stress, identity, life transitions, communication, emotional distress, relationships, anger, and burnout.
