(she/her)
I am a compassionate and client-centered practitioner dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. I believe that growth happens in a safe, respectful environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. With a focus on practical tools and deeper self-understanding, I work to help clients build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and move toward the life they want to live.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss what brings you in, your goals for our work together, and any important background that helps me understand your experiences. You’re welcome to share at your own pace—there is no pressure to talk about anything before you’re ready. I may ask questions to better understand your needs and to begin identifying how I can best support you. By the end of the session, we will typically discuss possible next steps and begin creating a plan that feels comfortable and aligned with your goals. Whether you’re seeking support, coping tools, or personal growth, you are welcome here.
My greatest strengths include strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability. I am able to express my ideas clearly and listen to others, which helps me build positive relationships and work effectively with different people. I approach challenges with a thoughtful mindset and try to find practical solutions rather than getting discouraged. I am also adaptable and open to learning new things, which allows me to adjust to new situations and continuously improve. These strengths help me stay focused, work well with others, and handle responsibilities with confidence and dedication.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I’ve use DBT n a substance use and mental health practice. DBT has been instrumental in helping those I serve, to regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and reduce harmful behaviors like substance use, self-harm, or impulsive reactions.
