Hello, I am Tracey Puckett. I'm a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and owner of Vitality Mental Health and Wellness, PLLC. I started out my nursing career in 2009 as an emergency room nurse. My passion for mental health compelled me to return to school and in 2021 I earned my masters degree from Walden University. My education allows me to diagnose and treat mental health disorders with an emphasis on intervention through psychiatric medication and psychotherapy. My goal is to minimize symptoms of my clients while promoting a higher level of functioning and quality of life. I welcome clients of all ages, ethnicities, genders, and backgrounds. Our first session will be the beginning of a supportive, collaborative, therapeutic relationship. I seek to empower you throughout your journey toward healing and growing with the use of innovative strategies and evidence-based practice to assist in achieving your mental health goals.
