Hi there, I’m Christen. I have cared for adolescent and adult clients in multiple settings, including inpatient hospitals and outpatient private practices. I have worked with many patients on an outpatient basis, and have treated disorders including Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and ADHD. I enjoy what I do and I look forward to working with you and helping you to be your best self again! I also provide a reasonable sliding scale for those without insurance.
Our first session will include a brief psychiatric history, medication history, and medication management if needed.

Christen is open minded and detail oriented when it comes to developing a plan per patient! I felt welcomed and valued, she listens intently and formulates a plan with each individual person to ensure a safe goal is met! I highly recommend her to anyone from any walk of life!
