My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a therapeutic approach based on the idea that our thoughts inform our behaviors. Therefore, if we change how we think, our behaviors will also gradually change. I am here to help you understand and process your thoughts so that you can create the life you want.

Faith based therapy

A spiritual eco-map is a tool that can be used to identify different aspects of a person's spiritual life. When properly informed about our spiritual beliefs we can use our spirituality as a resource during life's toughest times. With a Master of Divinity; I have been trained to have spiritual conversations with those of the Christian faith.

Motivational Interviewing

Most goals in life are set and achieved based off our intrinsic or extrinsic motivations. Let's work together toward your goals using strategies to increase your intrinsic motivations.

Trauma Informed Care

Research and evidence has proven to us that trauma affects the brain and how one perceives the world around them. With Trauma informed care we will work through, understand, and processing your traumatic experiences.
