I saw NP Jacques for a few months because I really wanted to give her a chance, but it was not a good fit. I felt rushed and unheard. I would see her for 5 minutes, and that was considered a long appointment. I would fight to keep her on long enough to discuss my symptoms. This left no time for questions and I felt in the dark on my own treatment. I was passed to 3 separate providers before I left. The office communication was poor and I looked for better care after a year.

I started seeing Dr. J about 2 years ago, and I'm so glad I found her. When we met, I was in a really dark place, but she listened to my concerns, empathized with them, and took immediate action in working to help with my medication regimen. Since we found what works for me, I've been in a really good mental headspace, and I recommend her to everyone I know.
