New to Grow
I believe with the right support, people can heal, grow, and resolve even the most difficult challenges. My approach is collaborative and solution focused. I tailor therapy to each client's unique needs, drawing from evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe exploring meaningful change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our First Session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, build rapport, and gain a deeper understanding of your needs and goals. I'll ask questions about your history, concerns, expectations for therapy, ensuring that I can support you in the best possible way.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My work centers strong on building strong therapeutic relationships where clients feel supported and understood. I bring empathy, active listening, and a solution-focus approach to each session. I help clients clarify goals and develop practical strategies for lasting growth
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work with individual adults navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My practice focuses on supporting clients in their working and personal lives, with a particular passion for conflict resolution and strengthening communication and connection.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a structured, evidenced-based treatment approach to support clients in identifying and modifying unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. My work with CBT focuses on helping individuals understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and empowering them with practical tools to create meaningful change. In my experience, CBT has been especially effective on working with clients experiencing Anxiety disorders, Depression, Stress-related challenges, low self-esteem, and Behavioral difficulties.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I have experience utilizing Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as a goal-orientated, strength-based therapeutic approach that emphasizes clients' existing resources and future possibilities rather than focusing primarily on problems or pathology. SFBT has been especially useful in addressing adjustment issues, school or workplace challenges, family and relationship concerns, mild to moderate anxiety and depression, and clients seeking brief, solution-driven therapy.
