I am a neurodivergent, licensed mental health therapist based out of North Georgia. I have over ten years of mental health experience working with anxiety, personality, mood, trauma- and stressor disorders, and transitions. My specialty is normalizing therapy for all by placing emphasis on what you would like to explore and how those experiences or circumstances have shaped and impacted your life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will consist of clients sharing their backgrounds, going over mutual expectations for therapy, building a therapuetic rapport, and planning for future sessions.
