I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida with over 5 years of experience working with mental health. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Masters degree in Social Work. I have worked in mental health hospitals, providing care to severely mentally ill adults. My work in the field has helped me to understand the need to support women experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and poor relationships because you deserve happiness and a new start. I welcome you to a safe and judgement free environment. I want you to start placing a higher value on yourself and find the joy and fulfillment you’ve been seeking in your life. You are worth the investment, and I look forward to working with you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Building a therapeutic relationship is key to working together to start the healing process. Our first session will involve me learning about your social support, work and/or school life, family, hobbies, and any organizations you are affiliated with. It is important for me to create a safe space and a warm environment to share. Together, we will build goals and practice strategies to help you reach your desired outcomes. As we work together, I will help you see your strengths and empower you to be the best version of yourself.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SF) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) are my primary treatment methods. Depending on client needs a combination of all 3 may be utilized. I also support and recommend lifestyle changes which may include incorporating exercise, healthy sleep patterns, social support, nutrition and stress reduction.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

If you battle feelings of not being good enough, perfectionism, people pleasing and fears being rejected, we can help. Reset and Grow Counseling was developed to help professional women who struggle to connect emotionally in their social and romantic relationships. Together, we will work on establishing emotionally secure relationships by processing the ways you may have been emotionally neglected from your childhood and learning to experience and express your emotions in a healthy manner.
