Hi! I'm Belen. Are you looking for change but feel stuck? Maybe you are looking to break certain patterns or need guidance on how to cope with stress, anxiety, or depression. Perhaps you have reached a point in your life where you feel you have lost your identity, and need help connecting back to yourself. I am passionate about helping people create a more fulfilling life. A life where they can feel like themselves again. I enjoy working with people who are open-minded and willing to reflect in order to make necessary adjustments to improve their lives. As a Latina woman, I can offer a unique perspective to help empower women to have healthier relationships with themselves and others.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first appointment will be focused on getting to know you and your needs. I go through a variety of questions and build conversation to start coming up with a plan to help you reach your goals. This is also a good time to ask any questions you may have about my therapeutic process and to build your comfort level with me. I know the first meeting can be nerve-wracking, but usually by the end of the initial appointment, my clients report feeling much more at ease and hopeful about their decision to seek help.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is my natural ability to listen and make people feel comfortable. I can offer a safe space to explore, vent, and help you reach your goals...whatever they may be.
