In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, and goals so I can better understand how to support you. This is also your time to ask questions and get a feel for how I work. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying goals and next steps tailored to your needs.

My greatest strengths include creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood, and helping individuals gain practical tools they can use in their daily lives. I integrate evidence-based approaches with a personalized, client-centered style, allowing us to address both immediate concerns and deeper patterns. I’m especially skilled at helping clients build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, grounded in eight years of experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as my primary framework. While CBT provides a strong, evidence-based foundation for my work, I thoughtfully integrate additional therapeutic approaches to ensure treatment is tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and life context. In practice, this means we may use structured CBT tools to address unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, while also incorporating insight-oriented exploration, mindfulness strategies, and strengths-based interventions to deepen growth and emotional awareness. My approach is collaborative, practical, and forward-focused. I aim to help clients not only reduce symptoms such as anxiety or depression, but also build resilience, clarity, and confidence that support long-term personal development.
