I believe that everyone deserves a cathartic space where they feel safe, valued, and seen. I am passionate about mental health advocacy, recognizing that mental health services are a privilege that should be experienced by all who are in needed. I use a strengths-based, person-centered therapeutic approach, focusing on goal development and coping mechanisms. I believe in empowering clients through the practice and implementation of mindfulness and awareness. I enjoy working with underserved communities, teens/YAs, and adults. I utilize compassionate, personable approach which lends itself to helping with life challenges whether personal, familial or peer presenting.

I utilize a solution-focused approach that will allow you to focus on building short term goals that will help you build solutions to the challenges you are experiences. I also use supplemental tools such as therapeutic worksheets, goal setting, and bibliotherapy.
