New to Grow
I am a psychotherapist who works with adults navigating stress, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. My approach is structured, practical, and insight-focused, helping clients understand what is keeping them stuck and identify meaningful paths forward. I believe therapy should provide both deeper self-understanding and tangible progress, creating greater clarity, stability, and confidence during difficult periods of life.
During our first session, we’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. I’ll ask questions about your background, relationships, and current circumstances to better understand the full picture. Together, we’ll identify areas of focus and begin developing a plan for moving forward. My goal is to create a comfortable, collaborative environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported while we clarify the next steps.
I bring a combination of clinical training and real-world experience to my work. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent more than 25 years in leadership, business, and client-facing roles, giving me firsthand insight into stress, responsibility, decision-making, and change. Clients often appreciate my structured, practical approach, which combines thoughtful exploration with clear goals and forward movement. My focus is helping people gain insight, develop effective strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My ideal clients are adults navigating stress, relationship challenges, major life transitions, grief, trauma, or emotional exhaustion. Many are carrying significant responsibility in their careers, families, or personal lives and feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. They may appear to be functioning well on the outside while struggling internally with pressure, anxiety, loss, or recurring patterns that are no longer working. I work best with individuals who are motivated for change and seeking greater clarity, stability, self-understanding, and practical strategies to create meaningful and lasting improvement in their lives.
