Driven Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with an X waiver. A solid training and experience in assessing, diagnosing, treating and managing patients struggling with chronic and acute mental illnesses; chemical dependencies; the provision of medication management, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), psychotherapy and care coordination.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
