Hello! I am a board-certified family psychiatric nurse practitioner. I received my master’s degree in nursing from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs in 2019. Prior to this I worked as a psychiatric nurse for 6 years. I have over 17 years of experience in healthcare. My experience includes working with clients of all ages in community mental health settings and adults in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session together, we will take some time to get to know each other and I will gather some history. We will then dive into what challenges you may be facing and create a treatment plan. I like to look at our relationship as a team, we will work together and create a plan that is tailored towards you and your goals.

I am person-centered and a great listener. I listen to what your goals are and create a plan with you to achieve them.
