About me

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Arizona. I received my master's from the Seton Hill University and have been practicing for over 25 years. I help individuals that are struggling with general mental health, depression, personal growth and self-esteem, general relationship challenges (family, friends, co-workers), Race and ethnicity. My goal is to assist those to assist themselves with coping skills and emotional regulations.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. There will be an overview of treatment and the partnership journey for their recovery and emotional regulation. We will establish the best course of treatment and consistent scheduling.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am compassionate, empathetic, a great listener, and I believe in researching the culture identified by my clients to ensure I do not offend their cultural beliefs and practices.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with interpersonal conflicts, self-esteem, self-confidence, etc. My goal is to assist those to assist themselves on their recovery journey. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their lives and the path they are on to recovery.
