I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and certified trauma specialist with a master’s degree from Boston University. With 15 years of experience, I work with individuals aged 18 and up to develop insight and understanding of factors affecting their mental health, aiming to improve daily functioning. I believe therapy can make significant changes in an individual’s life by fostering growth, resilience, and overall well-being. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and solution-focused, working collaboratively with clients to address uncomfortable feelings, establish goals, and develop skills to effectively manage their symptoms.
In our initial session, we’ll begin with brief introductions before delving into the specific challenges you're currently facing. This will allow me to create a tailored plan for us to work on in subsequent sessions.
I specialize in Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Substance abuse, and women's issues.
I enjoy working with clients who are willing to make a commitment to change and actively work towards their goals.
