(she/her)
New to Grow
I work with individuals to process trauma they have experienced throughout their lives. I have a special interest in navigating perinatal mental health concerns and complex PTSD presentations. I love helping individually uncover their patterns and map out the future they want to have. I then will help supply you with the tools to build that dream into a reality. I will always engage in shared decision making, because I want you in control and driving the bus of your treatment, but I promise to be a phenomenal guide/co-pilot.
I will ask a lot of questions to get to know you and what matters most to you. I want to make a plan together to make sure you get the most from treatment. Most sessions will have a clear agenda and I will make sure I always save room for the most important things you wish to discuss.
I am mindfulness focused and trauma informed. I am stubborn and do not like to end treatment with someone until they’ve met their goals or have a solid path to make it to them. I want to see you succeed. That is a provider’s greatest protector against burnout.
I am ready to hit the ground running with you. I can’t wait to show you how far you can go, and to help remove the barriers that are currently getting in the way of living the life you’re meant to live. I will help you build the necessary skills, reflect on what got you here, and hype you up as necessary. Therapy can be exhausting and hard work, but I promise to make it rewarding for you.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy
