First session
Your first session is a chance for you and I to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any relevant history. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and ensure you feel comfortable moving forward.

I work with , adults, who are facing anxiety, depression, stress, major life changes, trauma, relationship struggles, low self‑worth, or difficulty managing emotions. I connect especially well with clients who are ready to explore their inner world, build healthier coping strategies, and move toward more fulfilling patterns of living. I also work well those client's that are are motivated to make the necessary changes in their lives to promote growth and understanding about themselves.

This method is used in my sessions mainly to identify presentiing problems and automaticf negative thoughts. that contribute to deprssion, anxiety, trauma and stress.
Solution-Focused Brief Treatment
This method is used by me primarily is to assit clients with building strength, recognize there is hope and focus on solutions instead of the problem.
