We provide therapeutic mental health services through telehealth and in person. Service is provided by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with 11 plus years experience. Serving ages 15 and older with a wide range of mental health diagnosis. We specialize in treatment of trauma and PTSD, parenting, anxiety, and couples therapy.
Conflict and challenge is necessary for growth and I am here to provide couples with the skills and techniques necessary to help you and your partner find the way back to yourself and each other.
We all struggle at some point or another, but not many are brave enough to embrace the challenge of change and personal growth. Through my experience I look forward to creating THAT safe place to allow you to just be! to explore and acknowledge the good, the bad and the ugly within.
