First time intake appts are available only Saturdays. Most often, my appts are Saturdays and those openings are what is online. Please complete all intake forms at least two days prior to the intake appt. I am Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified by the ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) since 2017. I received my Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health in 2016 from Northeastern University in Boston. As a Registered Nurse, the majority of my past nursing experience is with women and children. In the realm of school nursing I have served children with special needs, first at the Cotting School in Lexington, then shared between Arlington School and Pathways Academy, both of McLean Hospital, becoming full time at Arlington School of McLean. As a PMHNP, I have prescribed in my private practice setting, JRI DYS, Wayside Family and Youth, and currently Atrius Health/Optum. My interests include female empowerment, depression, anxiety, ADHD . I am familiar with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I provide psychopharmacology consults and ongoing medication management. With deep compassion and support I seek to support individuals on their journeys to healing and living their greatest potential and expression. I work in a manner to empower clients, facilitating their desires to live an active, balanced and mindful approach to improving health. I provide a safe and confidential atmosphere. I believe in a collaborative approach in addressing needs. Goals are set together and are utilized to measure improvements in life functioning. In person intake appt required for stimulant and benzodiazepines prescribing. Clients that use cannabis are a case-by-case fit for me - I am not trained nor supervised with great specificity around cannabis use.
