New to Grow
Hi, I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. My personal and professional experiences have helped me connect with people from all walks of life with empathy and without judgment. I’ve worked in hospice, private practice, as a nursing home social worker, and at three inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities. In private practice, I worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns and life challenges, giving me experience supporting people through many different situations. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities and strive to provide a safe, compassionate space where we can work together toward healing, growth, and the life you want to build.
Before we dive into deeper work, our first session is about getting to know each other and building trust. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns or questions you may have. My priority is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment free space where you can share at your own pace and begin building a strong foundation for our work together.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is the life experience I bring into the room. Having navigated a wide range of challenges, I strive to meet every client with genuine empathy, compassion, and understanding. I provide a judgment free space where you can be yourself, share openly, and feel supported as we work together toward your goals.
My ideal client is someone ready to build a genuine, collaborative partnership based on total trust. I love working with talkative clients who openly share their thoughts, stories, and goals, creating an environment of open communication. Most of all, I value clients who trust my expertise and guidance, allowing us to navigate challenges together, make confident decisions, and achieve meaningful, long-term progress side by side.

ACT ficuses on accepting difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while choosing actions that reflect a person’s values. I can stay open-minded, listen without judgment, and help people focus on what truly matters to them. I encourage resilience, self-awareness, and taking meaningful steps forward even when challenges arise.
