Do you have habits, hang-ups, or challenges that feel impossible to shake? I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s going on in your life and work toward practical solutions. Together, we’ll set realistic goals, develop coping skills, and build strategies that help you feel more in control, balanced, and confident. Since 2014, I have been helping clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with healthier ways of thinking. I focus on building habits that lift mood, strengthen confidence, and support meaningful progress, while teaching practical tools like deep breathing and relaxation exercises. I also have extensive experience supporting people in recovery from addiction, including four years as a substance abuse counselor in a men’s residential treatment center. I help clients break old patterns, build coping strategies, and create realistic relapse-prevention plans. I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges, helping them gain insight into what’s contributing to their symptoms and shift patterns that improve overall well-being. I specialize in supporting men navigating stress, relationships, divorce, or pressures to “hold it all together,” including struggles with addictions like pornography or substance use. Together, we focus on building resilience, improving relationships, and creating balance and fulfillment. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve tried it before, my goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive environment where you can gain insight, practice new skills, and make meaningful changes in your life.
In our first session, we’ll review some important guidelines, including confidentiality, and discuss the goals you’d like to work on in therapy. My focus is on helping you feel comfortable, building rapport, and starting to explore practical ways to reach your goals.
I excel at meeting clients where they are and helping them set realistic, achievable goals. I work with people navigating depression, anxiety, panic attacks, addiction, ADHD, and men facing divorce, relationship struggles, or life pressures. I also help clients clarify career and personal growth goals while building confidence and making meaningful progress.
I enjoy supporting clients struggling with addiction - whether it’s substances, pornography, unwanted sexual behaviors, or habits related to technology and gaming. I also work with men facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or relationship challenges, including divorce and life transitions. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build healthier coping skills, and take practical steps toward lasting change.
Since 2014, I’ve been helping people use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of their lives. In our sessions, we’ll work together to recognize thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck and replace them with healthier ways of thinking that lift your mood and open new possibilities. I’ll support you in setting realistic goals, building positive habits, and practicing simple tools, like deep breathing or relaxation exercises that you can use right away to manage stress and feel better day to day.
