(she/her)
Welcome—I’m Erin. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of nursing experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings. My background spans community mental health, VA integrated mental health, and inpatient psychiatric care. I provide secure telehealth services throughout North Carolina, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, and life transitions. I’m known for clear communication, collaborative decision-making, and thoughtful medication management tailored to each client’s goals and values. My focus is on helping clients build insight, stability, and confidence—so progress feels steady, sustainable, and grounded in real life.
Our first session is a chance to slow down, reflect, and begin building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust and respect. We'll explore what brings you to care, what matters most to you, and how we can work together toward your goals. Clients often share that they leave feeling more grounded, informed, and empowered. Whether you're navigating a life transition, managing a chronic condition, or seeking clarity in your mental health journey, my goal is to help you build resilience and feel more in control of your care. You deserve support that feels safe, collaborative, and aligned with who you are.
My greatest strengths include creating a calm, supportive space where clients feel heard and respected, and providing thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care. I bring extensive experience across inpatient, community, and integrated care settings, allowing me to assess symptoms through a broad, practical lens.
I’m best positioned to work with adults who are seeking thoughtful, supportive psychiatric care and value a collaborative approach. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start—but are open to reflection, practical coping strategies, and carefully considered medication support. Ideal clients are those looking for steady guidance, clear communication, and care that balances symptom relief with long-term wellbeing. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, informed, and confident as they move forward.
Supportive
I use a supportive approach to help clients feel heard, grounded, and understood while navigating stress, transitions, and mental health symptoms. In sessions, I focus on strengthening coping skills, offering practical guidance, and reinforcing existing strengths to promote stability and resilience. This approach creates a safe, collaborative space where clients can process challenges while building confidence in their ability to manage them.
