Hi, I’m Michelle Meyer, and I’m so glad you’re here. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, ADHD symptoms, overwhelm, and emotional dysregulation using a thoughtful, integrative approach to mental health care. Please note that I do not prescribe stimulant medications for ADHD such as Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, or Concerta, but I do offer non-stimulant medication options and integrative strategies to support focus, regulation, energy, and overall wellbeing. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I blend traditional psychiatric treatment with nutrition, lifestyle support, nervous system regulation, and a deeper exploration of the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. While medication can absolutely be part of the healing process, I believe true wellness often involves looking at the bigger picture. My goal is to help you better understand what’s happening beneath the surface so you can feel more balanced, empowered, and connected to yourself again.
In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we focus on getting to know you—your story, your symptoms, your goals, and what’s worked (or hasn’t worked) in the past. I’ll ask questions not just about your mental health, but also about your physical health, lifestyle, and daily routines, because it all plays a role in how you feel. This session is all about building a foundation. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and supported as we begin putting the pieces together. From there, we’ll create a plan that feels aligned with your needs—whether that includes medication, lab testing, nutrition support, or other tools to support your healing.
One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to truly listen and create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen and understood. I take time to explore your full story—not just symptoms—so we can uncover what may really be driving your mental health challenges. I especially love diving deeper with functional lab testing to help connect the dots and guide a more personalized approach to healing. I’m passionate about empowering you with the insight, tools, and support you need to feel like yourself again.
I work best with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, mood instability, ADHD symptoms, overwhelm, or chronic stress and are looking for a more thoughtful, comprehensive approach to mental health care. Many of my clients feel frustrated after trying different medications without fully understanding why they still don’t feel like themselves. Others are interested in exploring additional factors that may be impacting their mental health, such as stress, sleep, nutrition, nervous system dysregulation, hormones, gut health, or lifestyle patterns. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are open to looking at the bigger picture and want a collaborative approach to healing. Together, we create a personalized plan that may include medication management, integrative strategies, lifestyle support, and practical tools to help you feel more balanced, resilient, and connected to yourself again.

She was an active listener with questions that helped to target the prevalent issues. She checked her understanding with me on several occasions, which assured me that she was considering the solutions that would work best in my case.
