Together we can identify the gap between where you are and where you want to be and with each session, work on shrinking that gap until it doesn't exist anymore. First session
I am a goal oriented therapist. We will use time in your first session to identify the goals that you are looking to accomplish by participating in therapy. Each future session will focus on moving you closer to the goal(s) that you identified. I consider us to be partners in this process; you are the expert on your life and I am the expert on the process. By combining our expertise I hope to customize each session around your individual needs and support you in developing healthy ways to accomplish your goals.
