Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from the Grand Canyon University and have been practicing for 3 years. I believe I was born to help others and with my life experience and understanding my purpose lead me to being a therapist. I enjoyed helping young teens, adults struggling with career stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves. I focused on addiction, couples, marriage and improving family structure.
In our session you will learn effectively and usable coping skills. These skill are vital to healing and move through the barriers of life. You deserve to feel confident in yourself, how to communicate, and have successes in all aspects of life.
As your therapist I will walk alongside you and support you. I understand that you may be feeling overwhelmed with what life has sent your way. When stress or doubt impair you, the ability to move forward can become simply overwhelming. My strength is to bring comfort and understand to you to learn how to understand your own self and root of the challenges.
My background and training have allowed a comfort level in my approach to addiction, severe diagnosis, and trauma. I treat the whole person, working together to resolve and increase daily satisfaction. We will collaborate to identify the skills needed for you to grow.

Modify dysfunctional thoughts patterns. Once the patient understand the relationship between thought, feelings, and behavior they are able to modify or change the pattern of thinking to cope with stress in a more positive manner.
This treatment has been great for client with trauma, dual diagnose and borderline personality. Utilizing mindfulness, developing skills to manage distress tolerance, emotional regulation, improving interpersonal problem-solving skills. The goal is to improve emotional cognitive regulation.
This treatment is couple focus. My experience working with this method is to works to De-escalation couples with conflict, also meet attachment need safely.
