During our first session we will get into some of your background so I can do an assessment and also identify your symptoms and goals, as well as go over any questions you may have!
I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person centered therapy. I work with the client to explore where you are feeling stuck and identify best interventions that make sense for you; some people like worksheets and homework, others not as much. I'll meet you where you are to make treatment right for you as an individual.
