(he/him)
I began my career at 18 while serving on active duty in the U.S. Navy’s healthcare system. During that time, I worked across multiple specialties and developed a strong passion for pharmacology and patient education. My experience in an acute care clinic as a medical and emergency care technician taught me the real-world impact of medications on a wide range of disease states. While stationed in San Diego, I had the privilege of working alongside Navy and civilian physicians, caring for people from all walks of life—both from the West Coast and around the world. Through these experiences, I learned that empathy, respect, and genuine care are universal in helping others heal. I’m deeply passionate about helping people and take the time to truly understand their needs through a combination of experience, attentive listening, and thoughtful analysis. My approach integrates lifestyle, behavioral, and medication history to create practical, step-by-step care plans designed to make a meaningful difference—sooner rather than later. I tailor both counseling and medication strategies to fit each individual, and I’m proud to consistently receive excellent feedback and sincere appreciation from clients for the progress we make together.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know your background—both your medical and mental health history—and talk about the challenges you’ve faced and how you’ve managed them. From there, we’ll work together to create a personalized treatment plan that fits your goals and lifestyle. By the end of our visit, you’ll have a clear understanding of what steps we’ll take to help you start feeling better, what to expect along the way, and how soon you might notice improvement.
My biggest strength is helping others understand complex topics by breaking them down into clear, relatable terms. I approach each person with genuine care and a rare ability to think critically through challenges, which often puts people at ease even in difficult situations. I take pride in helping others see themselves in the best possible light—encouraging a positive, realistic, and can-do mindset that feels authentic, not forced. For those who’ve had a tough journey to get where they are, that kind of understanding can make all the difference. I’ll meet you right where you are, and together we’ll help you feel better—often sooner than you expect.
I’m best suited to work with individuals who are ready to take an active role in their healing and personal growth. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the next step, but they’re motivated to understand why they feel the way they do and how to create meaningful, lasting change. I work especially well with people who: Want to understand the connection between their physical health, emotions, and behavior Value education and insight as part of their healing process Appreciate clear explanations and step-by-step plans rather than vague advice Are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or burnout and want practical strategies for balance and motivation Have faced significant challenges or transitions and are ready to rebuild with clarity and self-compassion My approach blends science, structure, and genuine empathy—ideal for clients who want a provider who listens deeply, teaches clearly, and helps them feel equipped to move forward with confidence.
