Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The initial session is a comprehensive bio-psycho-social evaluation and intake where I learn about your life experiences and begin to develop an understanding of contributing factors that may be impacting a client's current functioning.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am committed to learning who you are and what it is you need to feel successful in your personal journey towards mental, spiritual, and physical health and well-being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My clients are people having difficulty managing their mood, their functioning, or their thinking. This often presents as anxiety or worry, depression, or burnout. Therapy will focus on assisting client in identifying unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns that support their current state, and learning to shape and develop new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.
