Ideal clients

I am especially passionate about helping individuals, families, caregivers, veterans, and healthcare professionals develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional wellness, and achieve meaningful personal growth. I offer medication management, psychotherapy, and optional Christian counseling in a compassionate, supportive, and judgment-free environment tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
Treatment methods
Christian Counseling
I offer Christian counseling for individuals who would like to incorporate their faith into treatment. Sessions may include prayer, biblical principles, spiritual encouragement, and discussion of how faith can support healing, resilience, and personal growth. Christian counseling is always optional and is integrated in a way that respects each client's beliefs, values, and treatment goals. I welcome individuals at all stages of their faith journey and combine evidence-based therapy with a compassionate, faith-informed approach when requested.
