With the utilization of Motivational Interviewing, I build rapport to help strengthen our therapeutic relationship. I am an LCSW specializing in depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and stress management. During our session, you can expect compassion, empathy and evidence-based techniques to assist with reducing symptoms.
After our first session, you can expect my full undivided attention during each session. I will utilize my active listening skills to assist you identify goals and work towards finding solutions that will assist you with reaching your desired outcomes.
I utilize a broad spectrum of theoretical approaches with the main approaches being Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and the Strengths Perspective Therapy.
