VirtualAvailable

Hi, I’m Ezra a licensed therapist with availability for telehealth appointments. I’ve worked with adults and teenagers for years: dealing with trauma, managing crises, finding hope in depression, and supporting people whose nervous systems feel stuck in overdrive. My goal is straightforward: help lower the volume on that intense emotional pain so you can find peace of mind and function better.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, we will focus on what emotions you want less of. We will discuss what your success will look like, and how I can help you achieve peace of mind.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My hope for you is that you find peace with the emotional pain you have been experiencing. Therapy can be a hard thing to do, but I want to support you with the burdens you have been facing. You do not have to go through this alone.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I find clients at many different stages of change. I try to help identify where the client is and meet them where they are at. I have experience working with teenagers, adults, elders, families and couples. I enjoy working with a wide range of people in different stages of life. I will only be available via telehealth. Some of the common client goals I see are wanting less depression, anxiety, anger. I see them wanting more peace, happiness and warmth in their life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

If you want to change the way you feel, you have to change the way you think. We will discover what unkind thoughts or beliefs are causing intense emotions.

EMDR

I am EMDR trained. EMDR helps with lifting the weight of trauma off your shoulders. EMDR helps you prepare and be ready to process painful memories and thoughts.

Gottman method

The Gottman method helps couples learn what behaviors don't help and antidotes to common problems in relationships.
