At Grace Be Mental Health, we believe in the importance of holistic health! We believe in the mind, body, soul connection. We strive to meet each client where they are, taking a person-centered approach. We intend for therapy to be a safe space! We view therapy as a tool, and an experience that can assist in the life-long process of learning and re-learning ourselves. We are honored to be a part of the work of self-development with each client we get to know! Ashley Bryan (Grace Be Mental Health Founder) Bio I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania with 18 years of professional work experience. In May 2023, I completed my studies at the University of Miami, and was awarded a Doctor of Education Degree (Ed. D.). I currently work in private practice and teaching as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Social Work at Shippensburg University, where I am also an alumuni (BSW, 2003). I hold a Masters in Social Work from Temple University (MSW, 2016). Additionally, a Masters of Arts in Community Psychology and Social Change (MA, 2012). I consider myself to be a lifelong learner. I am biracial so practicing cultural awareness and competency, comes naturally. I am a cancer survivor (sarcoma) and chronic pain fighter (endometriosis and PCOS), with professional experience in healthcare so case management and patient advocacy are additional skills used in the therapeutic approach. Serving adults and seniors.
Clients can expect a safe space to share about themselves and what is on their mind. They will be empowered to learn new concepts and skills. The goal is for clients to feel supported and challenged, as we continue to get to know each other. 5 minute guided meditations are offered at the end of each new intake appointment.
My goal is to provide all clients with tools to take away after session 1! By providing practical coping skills and resources, you can start making the changes you want for your goals!
We are currently serving adolescents, adults and seniors in any of the specialty areas listed, and more.
We strive to approach mental health from a holistic perspective, utilizing somatic healing techniques. We will strive to understand and incorporate your experiences, belief systems as well as personal strengths, to meet your goals.

Since day one, Dr. Ashley has made each session meaningful and thought provoking. Her attentiveness is inviting, and helpful when dissecting life’s occurrences.

Dr. Ashley Bryan is by far the most helpful therapist I have ever worked with. She and I have been working together for 2 years and the work she has helped me do has changed my life in more ways than I can count. She challenges me and helps me open up my perspective, she integrates discussion of faith into my troubles(which is very important to me), and listens when I just need an ear. I cannot imagine finding a better fit for my therapy journey. Thank you for everything.
