LCSW, 18 years of experience
At Grace Be Mental Health, we believe in the importance of holistic health! We believe in the mind, body, soul connection. We strive to meet each client where they are, taking a person-centered approach. We intend for therapy to be a safe space! We view therapy as a tool, and an experience that can assist in the life-long process of learning and re-learning ourselves. We are honored to be a part of the work of self-development with each client we get to know! Ashley Bryan (Grace Be Mental Health Founder) Bio I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania with 18 years of professional work experience. In May 2023, I completed my studies at the University of Miami, and was awarded a Doctor of Education Degree (Ed. D.). I currently work in private practice and teaching as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Social Work at Shippensburg University, where I am also an alumuni (BSW, 2003). I hold a Masters in Social Work from Temple University (MSW, 2016). Additionally, a Masters of Arts in Community Psychology and Social Change (MA, 2012). I consider myself to be a lifelong learner. I am biracial so practicing cultural awareness and competency, comes naturally. I am a cancer survivor (sarcoma) and chronic pain fighter (endometriosis and PCOS), with professional experience in healthcare so case management and patient advocacy are additional skills used in the therapeutic approach. Serving adolescents, adults and seniors.
Clients can expect a safe space to share about themselves and what is on their mind. They will be empowered to learn new concepts and skills. The goal is for clients to feel supported and challenged, as we continue to get to know each other. 5 minute guided meditations are offered at the end of each new intake appointment.

ashley is the type of provider that creates a chill atmosphere no matter the circumstance. i like to believe our personalities are similar, which is why we get along well. she is able to take what i say at face value and compose programs that target the root cause of my thoughts/ideas. above all else, she understands.

Dr. Bryan has stood in the gap of hope when I didn’t have strength to. She makes me laugh, gives real examples, and is personable. We’ve done some amazing work together and I’m excited to continue to experience with her guidance alongside me.
