I am licensed in Florida with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression & coping with life changes. I am a strengths-based, solution focused therapist offering an eclectic approach combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and good old-fashioned talk therapy. In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you’re facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I regularly utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and talk therapy. I am IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed, Ketamine informed and trauma certified.
One of my biggest strengths is my experience. I am not coming from a place of purely theoretical education but rather combining that education with my own complicated and varied life experiences.

From the very beginning, Dianne created a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where I could work through some of the most difficult experiences of my life.
