I am a strengths-based, solution focused therapist offering an eclectic approach combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and good old-fashioned talk therapy. I regularly utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and talk therapy. I am IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed, Ketamine informed and trauma certified.
One of my biggest strengths is my experience. I am not coming from a place of purely theoretical education but rather combining that education with my own complicated and varied life experiences.
